What is Vi Bella's production process?
Designers in the United States design on-trend pieces using sustainable materials when possible. Components and tutorials are shipped to artisans in Haiti and Mexico where artisans use their own skills and learn new techniques to carefully craft the pieces. The pieces are then sent back to the United States and then we mail them out to you!
How many artisans does Vi Bella employ?
We currently are able to provide excellent wages and a supportive working environment to over 50 artisans and staff in Haiti, Mexico, and the United States.
What is ethical employment?
Ethical employment is employment that is based upon caring and knowing the people we employ and fostering a community among artisans. It includes fair wages and safe and healthy working conditions. It excludes child-labor.
What does it mean that Vi Bella is Fair Trade Federation Verified?
Our acceptance as a verified FTF member reflects our deep commitment to the principles of fair trade. We are joining a community dedicated to the highest standards of fair trade and the pursuit of a more just and sustainable world. Does Vi Bella ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to US addresses, which includes Alaska and Hawaii.
How quickly will I receive my order?
After your order is placed, our home office packs and ships orders. Fulfillment usually takes 1-2 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, and then you will be able to track your package as it's on it's way!
What do I do if my product arrives broken?
We carefully package our products by hand with protective wrapping to do our best to ensure it arrives in one piece! However, if you product arrives in less than satisfactory condition we are happy to work out an exchange for you. Please email us at customerservice@vibella.com for return/exchange instructions.
What is my shipping rate?
We have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for retail accessories orders. Home goods orders have a $9.95 shipping rate. If you are ordering a home good and decide to throw in a pair of earrings, you will only pay the home goods rate!
