We love our products and know that you will too. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from vibella.com, you are welcome to exchange, replace, or return any unused items or return items for a refund.

 

How to replace, exchange, or return an item

On retail orders, replacements for the same item are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 90 days of the ship date on the invoice. A Home Office Staff member will process a return/exchange order for you. Exchanges (for a different item) are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Please email customerservice@vibella.com or call 712-722-4112 and a Home Office staff member will process the return/exchange for you. Refunds are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice. All clearance sales are final. 

Upon receipt of the return/exchange order, Vi Bella will mail your new item with a postage paid envelope to return the incorrect or defective item. Vi Bella covers return postage for: defective item; item damaged in shipping; or item incorrectly sent. Vi Bella does not cover postage if you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind.

If you are making a return because you ordered the wrong item or because you changed your mind, your card will be charged $5.95 to cover shipping.

If we are unable to process your card with proper approval, you will need to provide a new card number.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for complete processing of your return/exchange order. If original product is not returned, we will not be able to process a refund to you.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Gifts cards do not have an expiration date. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear are not covered under our replacement policy.
